 James Beard award winning chef Michael Symon showcases his unique ability to combine high quality ingredients with midwestern comfort foods.  The farm-to-terminal menu mirrors his commitment to serving food you can trust combined with a unique premium beer, liquor and wine selection with gracious hospitality.  Guests can enjoy a full gourmet breakfast in the morning as well as fresh tossed salads, house made sides, Pat LeFreida burgers and custom savory sandwiches.
